This oat cereal is a nutritious way to start your day, and is made completely from scratch! There are no bananas involved and just a few simple ingredients for this healthy, vegan, and gluten free breakfast.
¾cup + 2 tablespoonsoat flourcan add up to 2 tbsp more if needed
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Scoop 1 teaspoon of the dough and roll into a ball. You may want to do ½ teaspoon if you like them smaller, but keep in mind that this will take longer. Place on the prepared tray and bake for about 8 minutes, until they have slightly browned on top and are crispy. Serve with milk and enjoy! These are best fresh; they will soften by the next day.
Notes
You may need to add up to 2 tablespoons more oat flour if it is hard to roll into balls. This is especially true if you don't use flaxseed meal!
