    Thank you so much for being here!

    Welcome to Nutritious Delights! I'm so happy and grateful to have you here. My name is Hannah and I am the founder and owner of Nutritious Delights. I created this blog to share with you my favorite healthy recipes including desserts, meals, and snacks. I strongly believe that being healthy does not have to be restrictive, and it's really just about what feels good to you.

    At Nutritious Delights, my goal is to provide a variety of recipes, including different diets to suit your needs. This includes vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, paleo, grain free, low carb, refined sugar free, low in added sugar, and many more recipes. And I always try to include as many ingredient substitutions as possible whether it be for dietary restrictions or simply because you ran out.

    I also refrain from using any kind of "diet talk" here, or mention of calories, because I want to keep this blog as as safe space for people with or with a history of eating disorders/disordered eating. But, if you want to know the calories of any recipe, feel free to shoot me a dm on my instagram!
