Healthy Chocolate Chip Oat Bites

The perfect healthy on-the-go snack that has only 5 ingredients and is so tasty!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • ½ cup flax meal
  • cup almond butter or allergy-friendly sub
  • cup honey
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare tray lined with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • Roll into small balls. Size does not really matter, but I made them about 1 inch cubed.
  • Place on tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour.
