Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed meal finely ground
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup + 2 tablespoons oat flour (blended rolled oats)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut or cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the applesauce, oil, maple syrup, flaxseed meal, baking powder, salt, and oat flour and mix to form a dough.
  • Roll out the dough in a rectangular shape and brush on a teaspoon more oil, plus the sugar and cinnamon.
  • Cut into little squares and bake for about 10 minutes. Serve with milk and enjoy!
