Ingredients
  

crust

  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ½ cup white whole wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed meal
  • cup avocado oil
  • 2-4 tablespoons cold water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar plus more to top

filling

  • 4 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

to brush

  • avocado oil
  • nondairy milk

Instructions
 

crust

  • Mix together the oil, water, salt and sugar, then fold in the flour and flaxseed meal until it becomes a dough. Keep refrigerated until the filling is done.
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

filling

  • In a large bowl, mix the filling ingredients together.
  • Divide the crust into 3 equal sections and roll each out in a circle. Fill each with a little over a cup of filling (try to avoid excess liquid) and fold the edges over. Mix together the avocado oil and milk to spread over the crust, then sprinkle sugar on top. Bake for about 40 minutes, top with ice cream, and enjoy!
