¼cupavocado oilor any neutral oil

½teaspoonpeppermint extract
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the oat milk, avocado oil, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and sugar. Sift in all the dry ingredients: gluten free flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Mix until combined, then pipe into a donut pan. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes.
Notes
for the flour, I used this measure for measure gluten free flour. If you don't have a gluten sensitivity, all purpose or white whole wheat flour also works.
